Task: Transfer Outstanding Service Delivery Processes Activities To Run Team

In this task, the Service Delivery Processes Lead must make sure that all the agreed activities are completed as per the plan and outstanding activity, if any, are transferred to the Run team. The Run team should resolve/ clarify all the issues/problems that will help them take complete ownership of the processes and tools.

Once Early Life Support (ELS) is executed as per the agreement, the Service Delivery Processes Lead must verify that all activities are completed as planned and the Run team is well equipped to handle the services.

The Service Delivery Processes Lead must take all required sign-offs from the relevant stakeholders as per the agreement and transfer the outstanding transition activities to the Run team.

This task marks the end of the transition phase. The Engagement Manager (Transition) should make sure that all controls are transferred to the Service Delivery Manager who would be responsible for delivering the project in the Run phase.

The Run team should resolve/ clarify all the issues/problems that should help them to stabilize the services.
